Na p\u0159edn\u00ed stran\u011b je nejprve nanesena vnit\u0159n\u00ed tenk\u00e1 vrstva amorfn\u00edho k\u0159em\u00edku a pot\u00e9 tenk\u00e1 vrstva amorfn\u00edho k\u0159em\u00edku typu P, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159echod P-N. Na zadn\u00ed stran\u011b je podobn\u011b nanesena vnit\u0159n\u00ed tenk\u00e1 vrstva amorfn\u00edho k\u0159em\u00edku a tenk\u00e1 vrstva amorfn\u00edho k\u0159em\u00edku typu N, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zadn\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 pole.  <\/p><p>Proto\u017ee amorfn\u00ed k\u0159em\u00edk m\u00e1 n\u00edzkou vodivost, jsou na obou stran\u00e1ch \u010dl\u00e1nku pou\u017eity pr\u016fhledn\u00e9 vodiv\u00e9 oxidy (TCO), kter\u00e9 usnad\u0148uj\u00ed efektivn\u00ed veden\u00ed n\u00e1boje. V sol\u00e1rn\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch HJT se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pouze monokrystalick\u00fd k\u0159em\u00edk d\u00edky jeho vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010distot\u011b a \u00fa\u010dinnosti, co\u017e je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 aplikace. <\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Amorfn\u00ed k\u0159em\u00edk (a-Si)<\/strong><br>Amorfn\u00ed k\u0159em\u00edk se objevil v 70. letech 20. stolet\u00ed jako vhodn\u00fd materi\u00e1l pro tenkovrstv\u00e9 fotovoltaick\u00e9 technologie. A\u010dkoli p\u0159irozen\u011b obsahuje hustotn\u00ed defekty, ty se odstra\u0148uj\u00ed hydrogenac\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vznik\u00e1 hydrogenovan\u00fd amorfn\u00ed k\u0159em\u00edk (a-Si:H). Tato modifikace zlep\u0161uje jeho p\u00e1sovou propustnost a schopnost dopov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed nepostradatelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b HJT \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f.  <\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Oxid india a c\u00ednu (ITO<\/strong>)<br>Oxid india a c\u00ednu je preferovan\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem pro pr\u016fhlednou vodivou oxidovou vrstvu (TCO) v HJT sol\u00e1rn\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch. ITO je proslul\u00fd svou odrazivost\u00ed a elektrickou vodivost\u00ed, zvy\u0161uje v\u00fdkon optoelektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a slou\u017e\u00ed jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 kontaktn\u00ed vrstva. Jejich jedine\u010dnost spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v pou\u017eit\u00ed t\u0159\u00edvrstv\u00e9ho absorp\u010dn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd kombinuje tenkovrstv\u00fd a tradi\u010dn\u00ed fotovoltaick\u00fd design. Kdy\u017e je ke svork\u00e1m modulu p\u0159ipojena z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, fotony se p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed na elektrickou energii a vytvo\u0159\u00ed proud, kter\u00fd prot\u00e9k\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed.  <\/p><p><strong>Absorpce foton\u016f a tvorba p\u00e1r\u016f elektron-d\u00edra<\/strong><br>Fotony dopadaj\u00edc\u00ed na p\u0159echod P-N excituj\u00ed elektrony, p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed je do vodivostn\u00edho p\u00e1su a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed p\u00e1ry elektron-d\u00edra (e-h).
