zv\u00fd\u0161ila volatilita cen elekt\u0159iny a m\u011bn\u00ed se rovnov\u00e1ha mezi nab\u00eddkou a popt\u00e1vkou.<br data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"664\" \/>V \u0159\u00edjnu se ceny elekt\u0159iny ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed pohybovaly neklidn\u011b. Na italsk\u00e9m jednotn\u00e9m trhu s elekt\u0159inou do\u0161lo v polovin\u011b m\u011bs\u00edce k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu, kdy cena do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dila <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"864\">100 \u20ac\/MWh<\/strong> a z\u016fstala mezi nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi v Evrop\u011b. Analytici tento v\u00fdvoj p\u0159ipisuj\u00ed zm\u011bn\u00e1m teplot, kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed cen zemn\u00edho plynu a sez\u00f3nn\u00edmu poklesu v\u00fdroby z vodn\u00edch a v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren.<\/p><p data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1383\">Podle \u00fadaj\u016f n\u011bkolika energetick\u00fdch agentur v\u011bt\u0161ina evropsk\u00fdch trh\u016f s elekt\u0159inou zaznamenala v posledn\u00edm \u0159\u00edjnov\u00e9m t\u00fddnu mezit\u00fddenn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst. Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a It\u00e1lie zaznamenaly m\u00edrn\u00fd r\u016fst kolem 1 %, zat\u00edmco trhy v severn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, Portugalsku a \u0160pan\u011blsku se odrazily v\u00fdrazn\u011bji, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ceny vzrostly p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 40 % oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu t\u00fddnu.<\/p><p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1949\">Rozd\u00edly mezi regiony byly rovn\u011b\u017e z\u0159eteln\u00e9. Ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a It\u00e1lii z\u016fstala denn\u00ed volatilita cen omezen\u00e1, zat\u00edmco na trz\u00edch v seversk\u00fdch zem\u00edch a na Pyrenejsk\u00e9m poloostrov\u011b byla kol\u00edsavost v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ve Francii cena elekt\u0159iny na konci m\u011bs\u00edce klesla a\u017e na <strong data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1660\">22 \u20ac\/MWh<\/strong>, co\u017e bylo nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed t\u00fddenn\u00ed minimum. Naopak v It\u00e1lii se cena po n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed dr\u017eela nad <strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1760\">100 \u20ac\/MWh<\/strong> a na konci m\u011bs\u00edce dos\u00e1hla p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1810\">124 \u20ac\/MWh<\/strong>. Portugalsko a \u0160pan\u011blsko zaznamenaly kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed a severoevropsk\u00e9 ceny dos\u00e1hly 29. \u0159\u00edjna dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho maxima kolem <strong data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1946\">75 \u20ac\/MWh<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2482\">V\u00fdvoj cen je \u00fazce spojen s v\u00fdrobou z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. V druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b \u0159\u00edjna zas\u00e1hly n\u011bkolik zem\u00ed siln\u00e9 bou\u0159e; hust\u00e1 obla\u010dnost a nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed omezily v\u00fdrobu z <strong data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2150\">fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00fdkon v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech klesl o 8 a\u017e 17 % pod sez\u00f3nn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br. A\u010dkoli v\u00fdroba z v\u011btru do\u010dasn\u011b vzrostla, nedok\u00e1zala pln\u011b kompenzovat pokles <strong data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2320\">sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie<\/strong>, co\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161ilo tlak na stabilitu syst\u00e9mu. Ve Francii se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka po elekt\u0159in\u011b b\u011bhem p\u0159echodu mezi ro\u010dn\u00edmi obdob\u00edmi rovn\u011b\u017e \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edlela na r\u016fstu cen.<\/p><p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"3077\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Celkov\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee s rostouc\u00edm pod\u00edlem obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f se evropsk\u00e1 elektriza\u010dn\u00ed soustava st\u00e1v\u00e1 mnohem citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na zm\u011bny po\u010das\u00ed. Prob\u00edhaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 diskuse o modelu n\u00e1klad\u016f kolem <strong data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"725\">0,15 \u20ac\/W<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hlavn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, zda dok\u00e1\u017eou velkokapacitn\u00ed tov\u00e1rny tuto \u00farove\u0148 dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eet.<\/p><p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"1350\">Tento v\u00fdvoj p\u0159im\u011bl odv\u011btv\u00ed znovu zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"916\">evropsk\u00e9 fotovoltaiky<\/strong>. V posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch byl trh st\u00e1le siln\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00fd na dovozu modul\u016f, v distribu\u010dn\u00edch kan\u00e1lech se objevily z\u00e1soby za n\u00edzk\u00e9 ceny a v\u00fdrobci \u010del\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu tlaku. Mnoz\u00ed analytici se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee ceny se ji\u017e p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eily spodn\u00ed hranici cyklu; po n\u011bkolika kolech \u00faprav v\u00fdrobci p\u0159istupuj\u00ed k opatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed produkce a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed trhu se p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed od cenov\u00e9 konkurence k postupn\u00e9mu znovunastolen\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi nab\u00eddkou a popt\u00e1vkou.<\/p><p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"2035\">Z politick\u00e9ho hlediska p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed nov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0159\u00edjna Evropsk\u00e1 komise znovu vyzvala k urychlen\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9ho programu pro <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1518\">lok\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobu sol\u00e1rn\u00edch panel\u016f<\/strong>, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na provozn\u00ed dotace a n\u00e1stroje pro p\u0159\u00edstup na trh, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vytvo\u0159it jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro rozvoj evropsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch kapacit. Odborn\u00e9 asociace upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee tempo a d\u016fslednost zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto opat\u0159en\u00ed budou m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na investi\u010dn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch linek. V Rakousku byla v tomto m\u011bs\u00edci spu\u0161t\u011bna nov\u00e1 vlna dotac\u00ed pro projekty \u201e<strong data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"1912\">fotovoltaika + akumulace<\/strong>\u201c, kde moduly vyroben\u00e9 v Evrop\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e9mie, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se d\u00e1le posiluje politick\u00e1 preference pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdrobu.<\/p><p data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2601\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Trh v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 opatrn\u00fd. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed develope\u0159i si zajistili dod\u00e1vky v dob\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fdch cen, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed vy\u010dk\u00e1vaj\u00ed na podrobnosti nov\u00fdch politik a rozvoj v\u00fdrobn\u00edch kapacit. P\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 strategie obez\u0159etn\u00e9ho n\u00e1kupu. Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f udr\u017eitelnost evropsk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby nez\u00e1vis\u00ed pouze na jedin\u00e9 cenov\u00e9 hodnot\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 na faktorech, jako je vyu\u017eit\u00ed kapacit, kvalita dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, ceny energie a podm\u00ednky financov\u00e1n\u00ed.
