Firm\u00e1m to poskytuje stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed r\u00e1mec pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed projekt\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s <strong data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1704\">fotovoltaikou<\/strong> a energetick\u00fdmi \u00fasporami. Pro podniky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159ebu, optimalizaci z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a energetick\u00e9 renovace je tato jistota z\u00e1sadn\u00ed.<\/p><p data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"2462\">Sou\u010dasn\u011b zve\u0159ejnilo Ministerstvo \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a energetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti (MASE) novou verzi <strong data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1993\">na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o vhodn\u00fdch \u00fazem\u00edch (Decreto Aree Idonee)<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 jasn\u011bji definuje oblasti vhodn\u00e9 a omezen\u00e9 pro rozvoj sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie a ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 region\u016fm povinnost dokon\u010dit pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed v ur\u010den\u00fdch term\u00ednech.<br data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2141\" \/>Toto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed znamen\u00e1 p\u0159echod od posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f k systematick\u00e9mu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9mu na vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u016fdy a kapacit\u011b elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. P\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edch konflikt\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed transparentnosti povolovac\u00edch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pevn\u00fd institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro realizaci velk\u00fdch projekt\u016f v letech 2026\u20132028.<\/p><p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2943\">Podobn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly se objevuj\u00ed i na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni.<br data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2516\" \/>V zpr\u00e1v\u011b <em data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2538\">Trends 2025<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed IEA PVPS, \u017ee jak se fotovoltaika st\u00e1v\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dovou infrastrukturou energetick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, politick\u00e9 priority se posouvaj\u00ed od r\u016fstu instalac\u00ed k posilov\u00e1n\u00ed odolnosti syst\u00e9mu \u2014 tedy ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacit p\u0159ipojen\u00ed, dostupnosti flexibiln\u00edch zdroj\u016f, vyu\u017eit\u00ed akumulace a dlouhodob\u00e9 spolehlivosti. MASE vydalo kladn\u00e1 posouzen\u00ed dopad\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (VIA) pro dva projekty s celkov\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem 130 MW, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e povolovac\u00ed proces byl z\u0159eteln\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee technick\u00e9 standardy a regula\u010dn\u00ed r\u00e1mec dozr\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u011b byl pln\u011b rozd\u011blen fond <strong data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3378\">1 miliardy eur<\/strong> z programu PNRR ur\u010den\u00fd na agrivoltaiku, odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 kapacit\u011b p\u0159es 2 GW. Agrivoltaika tak p\u0159e\u0161la z f\u00e1ze politick\u00e9 podpory do f\u00e1ze skute\u010dn\u00e9 aktivace financov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><p data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"4183\">Tento v\u00fdvoj je v pln\u00e9m souladu s politikami na \u00farovni EU.<br data-start=\"3608\" data-end=\"3611\" \/>Evropsk\u00e1 komise ve v\u00edce dokumentech o zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti a energetick\u00e9 transformaci ozna\u010duje agrivoltaiku za kl\u00ed\u010dovou cestu, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee spojit ochranu p\u016fdy, odolnost zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a rozvoj <strong data-start=\"3806\" data-end=\"3825\">sol\u00e1rn\u00ed energie<\/strong>. Zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty by m\u011bly roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it instalace <strong data-start=\"3883\" data-end=\"3910\">fotovoltaick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong> na \u00fazem\u00edch kompatibiln\u00edch se zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm. Proto\u017ee tradi\u010dn\u00ed pozemn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny v Evrop\u011b nar\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed na konflikty ohledn\u011b vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u016fdy a administrativn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, agrivoltaika se z dopl\u0148kov\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed postupn\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 strategick\u00fdm sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159em st\u0159edn\u011b a dlouhodob\u00e9ho v\u00fdhledu.<\/p><p data-start=\"4185\" data-end=\"4636\">V dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tech se v listopadu objevily nov\u00e9 realizace.<br data-start=\"4252\" data-end=\"4255\" \/>Ve Francii publikovalo n\u011bkolik pilotn\u00edch agrivoltaick\u00fdch projekt\u016f pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed vinice, pastviny a p\u011bstebn\u00ed plochy, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vody, r\u016fst plodin a st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed pro hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata. V N\u011bmecku zah\u00e1jila spole\u010dnost Solmotion v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00e9 15MW agrivoltaick\u00e9 instalace, kter\u00e1 poskytuje dal\u0161\u00ed technick\u00fd referen\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad pro st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropu.<\/p><p data-start=\"4638\" data-end=\"4921\">D\u00edky kombinaci politick\u00e9 podpory, rychlej\u0161\u00edho povolov\u00e1n\u00ed a akumulovan\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed z realizace projekt\u016f postupuje agrivoltaika od pilotn\u00ed f\u00e1ze k mo\u017enostem \u0161irok\u00e9ho nasazen\u00ed. Podle zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fdch testovac\u00edch dat tento syst\u00e9m sni\u017euje zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed na metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 distribuovanou nosnou strukturu, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e mohou b\u00fdt mnoh\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed st\u0159echy \u2014 dosud nevhodn\u00e9 pro sol\u00e1rn\u00ed instalace kv\u016fli omezen\u00e9 nosnosti \u2014 znovu pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za realizovateln\u00e9. Tato \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vstupuj\u00ed do f\u00e1ze komer\u010dn\u00edho ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed pozornost region\u00e1ln\u00edch energetick\u00fdch instituc\u00ed ve Francii.<\/p><p data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"2122\">S postupuj\u00edc\u00ed implementac\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice o energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov (EPBD) hled\u00e1 \u0159ada evropsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f cesty k modernizaci existuj\u00edc\u00edho stavebn\u00edho fondu pomoc\u00ed fotovoltaiky. N\u011bkter\u00e9 technick\u00e9 instituce v N\u011bmecku letos zve\u0159ejnily metodick\u00e9 pokyny pro posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodnosti lehk\u00fdch st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed pro <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1785\">sol\u00e1rn\u00ed instalace<\/strong>, zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdznam n\u00edzkohmotnostn\u00edch panel\u016f, distribuovan\u00fdch mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bez prostup\u016f st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed krytinou.
