Celkov\u00fd rozpo\u010det \u010din\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1689\">54,9 milionu eur<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e financuj\u00edc\u00edm st\u00e1tem je Lucembursko. Projekty budou realizov\u00e1ny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v Bulharsku a Finsku.<\/p><p data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1838\">Hlavn\u00ed podm\u00ednky tohoto kola aukc\u00ed zahrnuj\u00ed:<\/p><p data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"2259\">\u2022 velikost jednotliv\u00fdch projekt\u016f: <strong data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1892\">10 MW \u2013 100 MW<\/strong><br data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1895\" \/>\u2022 Finsko: podpora pozemn\u00edch fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren s maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed podporovanou kapacitou p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong data-start=\"1995\" data-end=\"2005\">400 MW<\/strong><br data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2008\" \/>\u2022 Bulharsko: priorita pro projekty kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed <strong data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2099\">fotovoltaiku a bateriov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b (BESS)<\/strong><br data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2102\" \/>\u2022 fotovoltaick\u00fd syst\u00e9m a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed sd\u00edlet stejn\u00e9 p\u0159ipojovac\u00ed m\u00edsto do s\u00edt\u011b<br data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2183\" \/>\u2022 vybran\u00e9 projekty mus\u00ed b\u00fdt uvedeny do komer\u010dn\u00edho provozu do <strong data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2259\">b\u0159ezna 2029<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2502\">Mechanismus RENEWFM umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010dlensk\u00fdm st\u00e1t\u016fm spolupracovat podle modelu \u201efinancuj\u00edc\u00ed zem\u011b + zem\u011b realizace projektu\u201c. Velk\u00e9 pozemn\u00ed projekty se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed hlavn\u00edm zdrojem r\u016fstu nov\u00fdch instalac\u00ed, zat\u00edmco instalace na rodinn\u00fdch domech a komer\u010dn\u00edch st\u0159ech\u00e1ch zpomaluj\u00ed. data-end=\"4176\">Sou\u010dasn\u011b se navrhuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edho objemu aukc\u00ed pro pozemn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny z <strong data-start=\"4105\" data-end=\"4113\">9 GW<\/strong> na <strong data-start=\"4117\" data-end=\"4126\">14 GW<\/strong> a prodlou\u017een\u00ed auk\u010dn\u00edho programu do roku <strong data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4175\">2032<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4178\" data-end=\"4370\">Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f z odv\u011btv\u00ed mohou sou\u010dasn\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed reformy elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b ovlivnit ekonomiku projekt\u016f, zejm\u00e9na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016f na p\u0159ipojen\u00ed a rozd\u011blen\u00ed rizik spojen\u00fdch s redispatch.<\/p><p data-start=\"4372\" data-end=\"4590\">Nov\u00e9 instalace fotovoltaiky v N\u011bmecku se proto st\u00e1le v\u00edce soust\u0159e\u010fuj\u00ed na velk\u00e9 projekty, zat\u00edmco distribuovan\u00fd segment z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na omezen\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a zm\u011bny tr\u017en\u00edch mechanism\u016f v oblasti <strong data-start=\"4563\"
