Esta innovadora disposici\u00f3n elimina el sombreado en la superficie de la c\u00e9lula, mejorando su eficiencia global. <\/li>\n<li>MWT (Metal Wrap Through) y EWT (Emitter Wrap Through) tambi\u00e9n se clasifican como c\u00e9lulas solares de contacto posterior. Este dise\u00f1o elimina el sombreado en la superficie frontal, garantizando la m\u00e1xima absorci\u00f3n de luz. Al colocar los contactos m\u00e1s ampliamente en la parte posterior, se reduce la resistencia en serie, mejorando la eficiencia de la c\u00e9lula.  <\/p>\n<p>La capa de absorci\u00f3n primaria de una c\u00e9lula solar IBC es una oblea de silicio cristalino (c-Si), que puede ser de tipo n o de tipo p. Esta capa se crea dopando el silicio con boro o f\u00f3sforo, seg\u00fan la polaridad deseada. Para mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el rendimiento de la c\u00e9lula, se aplica una capa de pasivaci\u00f3n y antirreflectante, normalmente de SiO, para minimizar la reflexi\u00f3n y proteger la superficie.  <\/p>\n<p>Otra caracter\u00edstica clave de las c\u00e9lulas IBC es la capa de difusi\u00f3n, donde se cruzan las regiones de tipo n y de tipo p. En algunos casos tambi\u00e9n se utilizan obleas de tipo P. Entre las opciones de c-Si, se prefiere el silicio monocristalino (mono c-Si) por su mayor eficiencia, mientras que el silicio policristalino (poli c-Si) sigue siendo una alternativa viable.  <\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar la eficiencia de las obleas c-Si, se aplica una capa antirreflectante y de pasivaci\u00f3n a una o ambas caras. Esta capa suele estar compuesta de di\u00f3xido de silicio (SiO2), que se oxida t\u00e9rmicamente, aunque otros materiales como el nitruro de silicio (SiNx) o el nitruro de boro (BNx) tambi\u00e9n son eficaces para minimizar la reflexi\u00f3n y proteger la superficie de la oblea. <\/p>\n<p>El reposicionamiento de los contactos frontales hacia la cara posterior requiere la creaci\u00f3n de capas de difusi\u00f3n, que comprenden capas emisoras n+ y p+ intersectadas. \u00c9stas se forman mediante t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas como la difusi\u00f3n enmascarada, la implantaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica o el dopaje l\u00e1ser con boro. Este proceso garantiza la integraci\u00f3n de las regiones de tipo p en la oblea de tipo n, manteniendo su integridad estructural y el\u00e9ctrica.  <\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo paso consiste en colocar contactos met\u00e1licos exclusivamente en la parte posterior de la c\u00e9lula. Para ello se emplean t\u00e9cnicas como la ablaci\u00f3n por l\u00e1ser o la deposici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica h\u00fameda.
