enfoque de la tecnolog\u00eda de celdas fotovoltaicas ha pasado gradualmente del tipo P al tipo N.<\/p><p>En comparaci\u00f3n con el PERC tradicional, las celdas tipo N muestran ventajas claras en cuanto a eficiencia y rendimiento a largo plazo:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Nivel de eficiencia<\/strong>: los m\u00f3dulos de producci\u00f3n en masa se sit\u00faan en el rango del 22\u201323%, y algunos productos ya han superado el 23%, por encima del l\u00edmite del tipo P de alrededor del 21%;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Confiabilidad<\/strong>: las celdas tipo N presentan un mejor coeficiente de temperatura, mejor respuesta en condiciones de poca luz y un control superior de la degradaci\u00f3n;<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Escala industrial<\/strong>: la capacidad mundial de producci\u00f3n de celdas tipo N ya supera los 300 GW, con una capacidad planificada cercana a los 800 GW, superando por primera vez a las de tipo P.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>En esta gran tendencia, TOPCon y HJT se han consolidado como las dos principales rutas tecnol\u00f3gicas del tipo N, y constituyen el n\u00facleo de la competencia y de la evoluci\u00f3n de la industria.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d831479 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d831479\" data-end=\"75\">Diferencias y tendencias de desarrollo entre las celdas tipo P y tipo N<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"79\" data-end=\"151\"><strong data-start=\"79\" data-end=\"149\">Historia del desarrollo y panorama de mercado de las celdas tipo P<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"303\">Durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, las celdas tipo P dominaron la industria fotovoltaica, siguiendo una trayectoria tecnol\u00f3gica que evolucion\u00f3 de BSF a PERC:<\/p><ul data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"857\"><li data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"583\"><p data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"583\"><strong data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"336\">Etapa BSF (antes de 2015)<\/strong>: uso de pasivaci\u00f3n trasera de aluminio (Al-BSF). La eficiencia de las monocristalinas rondaba el 17\u201318%, y la de las policristalinas, el 15\u201316%. El proceso era maduro, pero sufr\u00eda una fuerte recombinaci\u00f3n superficial, lo que limitaba su mejora.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"857\"><p data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"857\"><strong data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"612\">Etapa PERC (2015\u20132022)<\/strong>: con pasivaci\u00f3n trasera mediante Al\u2082O\u2083 + SiNx, la eficiencia de las celdas aument\u00f3 hasta 22%, y la de los m\u00f3dulos hasta 21\u201322%. Seg\u00fan datos de PV InfoLink, la cuota de mercado de PERC creci\u00f3 de alrededor del 40% en 2018 a m\u00e1s del 90% en 2022.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1048\">La adopci\u00f3n masiva de PERC impuls\u00f3 de manera decisiva la reducci\u00f3n del costo nivelado de la energ\u00eda (LCOE), siendo un factor clave para lograr la paridad de red mundial entre 2015 y 2020.<\/p><p data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1087\">No obstante, es importante se\u00f1alar:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1346\"><li data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1195\"><p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1195\"><strong data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1117\">Degradaci\u00f3n LID y LeTID<\/strong>: alrededor del 2% en el primer a\u00f1o, seguido de aproximadamente 0,45% anual;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1346\"><p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1346\"><strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1222\">L\u00edmite de eficiencia<\/strong>: la eficiencia de conversi\u00f3n se acerca al l\u00edmite te\u00f3rico del 24%, lo que reduce el margen de mejora en producci\u00f3n masiva.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1619\">Con la maduraci\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n de las celdas tipo N, PERC ha ido perdiendo ventaja en nuevas capacidades. Esto aporta las siguientes mejoras de rendimiento:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2506\"><li data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2256\"><p data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2256\"><strong data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2128\">Eficiencia<\/strong>: la producci\u00f3n en masa se ha estabilizado en 22\u201323%, con algunas empresas superando el 23%; PERC se mantiene en torno al 21%.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2395\"><p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2395\"><strong data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2276\">Confiabilidad<\/strong>: mejor respuesta en condiciones de poca luz frente a las de tipo P; coeficiente de temperatura en torno a -0,30%\/\u00b0C.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2506\"><p data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2506\"><strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2413\">Degradaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: la degradaci\u00f3n inicial por luz es casi nula y la tasa anual es inferior al 0,45% de PERC.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2586\">En el plano de mercado, el tipo N est\u00e1 sustituyendo al tipo P como est\u00e1ndar:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2851\"><li data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2662\"><p data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2662\"><strong data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2597\">2023<\/strong>: la capacidad mundial planificada de tipo N super\u00f3 los 600 GW;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2752\"><p data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2752\"><strong data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2673\">2024<\/strong>: la capacidad real super\u00f3 los 300 GW, por primera vez por encima del tipo P;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2753\" data-end=\"2851\"><p data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"2851\"><strong data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"2768\">Previsi\u00f3n<\/strong>: para 2025\u20132026, la proporci\u00f3n del tipo N en nuevas capacidades superar\u00e1 el 70%.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54dcfa3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"54dcfa3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-70606 has-transparency\" alt=\"Theoretical limits, laboratory limits, and mass production limits of PERC, TOPCon, and HJT\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3.png 900w, https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-24x16.png 24w, https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-36x24.png 36w, https:\/\/www.maysunsolar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/3-48x32.png 48w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" data-has-transparency=\"true\" data-dominant-color=\"89b9ca\" style=\"--dominant-color: #89b9ca\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4940b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4940b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"3018\"><strong data-start=\"2945\" data-end=\"3016\">Clasificaci\u00f3n y rutas principales de la tecnolog\u00eda de celdas tipo N<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3285\">Las celdas tipo N cuentan con alta eficiencia, elevada bifacialidad, bajo coeficiente de temperatura, ausencia de degradaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica, buena respuesta en condiciones de poca luz y larga vida de los portadores. Actualmente, las rutas tecnol\u00f3gicas principales son:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"4010\"><li data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3523\"><p data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3523\"><strong data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3310\">Tecnolog\u00eda TOPCon<\/strong>: eficiencia en producci\u00f3n masiva de 21\u201323%; puede lograrse mediante la adaptaci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas PERC con baja inversi\u00f3n. En 2024, la capacidad mundial super\u00f3 los 300 GW, consolid\u00e1ndose como la tecnolog\u00eda dominante.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3756\"><p data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3756\"><strong data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3544\">Tecnolog\u00eda HJT<\/strong>: gracias a un coeficiente de temperatura m\u00e1s bajo y mayor bifacialidad, algunos fabricantes alcanzan eficiencias de m\u00f3dulos del 23% o m\u00e1s, ligeramente superiores al l\u00edmite de TOPCon, aunque con mayores costos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3757\" data-end=\"4010\"><p data-start=\"3759\" data-end=\"4010\"><strong data-start=\"3759\" data-end=\"3777\">Tecnolog\u00eda IBC<\/strong>: sin contactos met\u00e1licos en el frente, la reflectancia de la luz puede reducirse a ~1,7%.
