Si el tejado tiene elementos como ventanas de cubierta, chimeneas, salidas de ventilaci\u00f3n o pretiles, es recomendable estimar la superficie bas\u00e1ndose en el valor superior o incluso con un peque\u00f1o margen adicional.<\/p><p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1739\">En la pr\u00e1ctica, la superficie realmente utilizable suele ser menor que la superficie total del tejado.
