fotovoltaico mais est\u00e1vel, mais eficiente e com retorno mais r\u00e1pido.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1986\"><li data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1482\"><p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1482\">As primeiras c\u00e9lulas tipo p, representadas pelo PERC, atingiram efici\u00eancia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa acima de 20%. Com dopagem de boro, processos maduros e baixo custo, tornaram-se rapidamente populares. No entanto, com o aumento da capacidade instalada, problemas como LID e LeTID tornaram-se evidentes, causando degrada\u00e7\u00e3o inicial significativa dos m\u00f3dulos e prolongando o per\u00edodo de retorno.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1986\"><p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1986\">Para resolver esses problemas, o setor migrou para o sil\u00edcio tipo n. As c\u00e9lulas tipo n, dopadas com f\u00f3sforo, s\u00e3o naturalmente resistentes ao LID, oferecem ganho bifacial e maior tempo de vida dos portadores, tornando-se a base das rotas TOPCon, HJT e IBC.
