Spomedzi mo\u017enost\u00ed c-Si sa uprednost\u0148uje monokry\u0161talick\u00fd krem\u00edk (mono c-Si) pre jeho vy\u0161\u0161iu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, zatia\u013e \u010do polykry\u0161talick\u00fd krem\u00edk (poly c-Si) zost\u00e1va \u017eivotaschopnou alternat\u00edvou. <\/p>\n

    Na zv\u00fd\u0161enie \u00fa\u010dinnosti c-Si do\u0161ti\u010diek sa na jednu alebo obe strany nanesie antireflexn\u00e1 a pasiva\u010dn\u00e1 vrstva.
