Half-cut
Wafers are cut without damage and divided into halves or multiple parts to lower NOCT, minimize shading losses, and improve efficiency.
Bifacial
Bifacial modules generate power on both sides. Reflected light from the rear side is also captured by the cells, boosting overall energy yield.
Triple 1/3-Cut
By dividing solar cells into three segments, current flow is reduced, lowering losses and preventing hotspots. The modules deliver stronger performance under heat and shading.
IBC
Interdigitated back-contact cells with N-type wafers and oxide layers enable efficient rear-side contacting. The unobstructed front surface maximizes light absorption and conversion efficiency.
N-TOPCon
Passivated tunnel oxide contact cells enable efficient one-dimensional charge transport, reduce metal-silicon contact losses, and thereby increase power generation and overall efficiency.
HJT
Heterojunction cells combine crystalline silicon with amorphous layers. This structure minimizes recombination losses, enhances temperature resistance, and ensures high efficiency.
Shingled
Cells are cut into many strips and joined with conductive adhesive in an overlapping design. This reduces gaps and significantly boosts module performance.
