What is the main difference between TOPCon and PERC, HJT or IBC?

TOPCon is based on N-type tunnel oxide passivated contact technology, which significantly reduces surface recombination and improves the temperature coefficient. Compared with PERC, TOPCon offers higher efficiency, lower degradation (LID/LeTID) and better performance at high temperatures.
